Textile Presence

Thank you for your presence on my website, where I hope you will find the ideal present you are looking for.

I am an embroidery and textile artist, living and working in Plymouth, Devon.

I work with fabric, thread and mixed-media as it seems the natural employment of my hands.

Anything can be the start of a piece of work, the design, the fabric, the thread, the shape or a colour.

Therefore on my website you will find an eclectic collection of work, all individually hand-made and unique.

My work has been published in a popular national embroidery magazine and won a prize for machine embroidery with Madeira threads.

My hand-embroidered work was published in the Herbal Journal Diary 2009 (by Pomegranate Communications, Inc. California).
